A 3ª temporada se passará três meses após o fim da 2ª e apresentará um novo grupo de vilões, o Bando Alfa, liderado por Deucalion, que chega à cidade ao descobrir que Derek se tornou o novo alfa de seu próprio grupo. A estreia da nova temporada está marcada para o dia 3 de junho nos EUA.
